General Hospital's Port Charles will have one more resident by the end of the year, as Kelly Frye is stepping into the newly created role of Ivy.
A rep for the show confirms that the actress has been cast in the recurring role and will debut on Tuesday, December 30.
No other details are available at this time, however, Internet speculation regarding a casting call the show sent out months ago points to Ivy possibly being a new doctor at the hospital. It looks like fans will just have to wait and see.
Prior to her GH role, Frye made appearances in television shows like Anger Management, Rake, and Body of Proof.
