The news that a rescue had delayed Liam in Paris disconcerted Hope, but her parents advised her that what had been done couldn't be undone. Hope moved into the beach house and exchanged rings with Wyatt, and the allergic Wyatt tried to give Hope's cat to Liam. At a party, Liam told Ivy that he needed to move on, and with a kiss, Ivy offered to help him do it. As Brooke contemplated what Ridge's impairment meant for Forrester, Ridge, and her future with Bill, Quinn urged Bill to consider being a family with her and Wyatt. Deacon put his heart on the line and asked Brooke to marry him. With Caroline out of town, Maya flirted with an unreceptive Rick.

Daniel was shocked to find Kristen in John's room. Kristen had a plan to make things right with Brady by helping John. Will was furious when he learned that Sonny had gotten him the job at the magazine. Will and Sonny had harsh words for each other. Sonny worried that his and Will's marriage was at risk. Abigail slapped Sami and warned her to stay out of her life or else. E.J. made headway with Sami after he agreed to talk to the board of directors. Julie had advice for E.J. Lucas let E.J. have it. Aiden and Hope had an honest talk about their feelings when they bumped into each other at the park. Hope was touched when Aiden admitted that he was attracted to her. Sami and Kate panicked when they learned that Stefano was on his way back to Salem. Abigail thought of E.J. when she was with Ben. Jordan asked Rafe for a favor. Clyde's plans meant trouble for Kate, Rafe, Jordan, and Ben. Maggie let Victor off the hook for his part in Will's article.

Ava changed her mind about poisoning Michael when she realized that Luke wanted Michael out of the way to get to Kiki. Julian warned Ava that she couldn't cross their boss, so he advised Ava to give the impostor a copy of A.J.'s recording that proved that Sonny had killed A.J. Franco's suspicions about Carly and Sonny were reignited when he caught Bobbie in a lie about meeting Scott for a nightcap. Lucy advised Scott to make a choice between her and Bobbie before it was too late and he lost both women. Nina confessed to Silas that she wanted to live with Silas as husband and wife and start a family. After Silas and Nina made love, Nina turned to Britt to find out if Nina had conceived a baby. Britt revealed that Nina was in menopause and unable to get pregnant. Nina vowed to have Silas' child one way or another. Still reeling from the news that she couldn't get pregnant, Nina bumped into Ava. Levi Dunkleman was revealed to be an alias for Peter Harrell, the son of Felicia's ex-fianc� who had once stolen the Aztec treasure during the 1980s. Lulu managed to make a call to Dante. Levi prepared to flee with his hostages, but the police surrounded the building before Levi could make good on his escape. Sabrina paid Carlos a visit at Pentonville to talk to him about the accident that claimed her son's life. Carlos revealed that Ava Jerome might have put Rafe behind the wheel of the car that drove Patrick and Sabrina off the road.

Katherine's friends and family gathered to commemorate the anniversary of her passing. Nikki showed up at the ceremony after having a couple of drinks, but she hid her inebriated condition from everyone and vowed to get through her relapse on her own. Jill left the music box in the park, and someone took it. Jill accused Michael and Avery of having an affair, but the attorneys revealed that they'd formed a law partnership. Jack noticed Hilary and Devon's closeness. Neil continued to struggle with his blindness. Jack and Kelly moved in together, but Summer pledged never to give up on Phyllis. Abby kissed Stitch to irritate Tyler. Billy took Victoria home from the hospital. Kevin decided not to leave town. Nick told Sharon that Mariah was her daughter. Ian and Mariah prepared to leave town together, but he whisked her off to a storage locker, where he drugged her and dressed her in a wedding gown. Ian forced Mariah to marry him, and he demanded ransom money from Sharon. Sharon and Nick tracked down Mariah at the storage unit as Ian showed up at the Newman ranch to see Nikki. Dr. Cutler administered his experimental drug to Phyllis and reported to Victor that her brain activity had increased. Victor sat at Phyllis' bedside as she opened her eyes.
