Hope's family gathered at the hospital upon hearing about her fall down the stairs. Hope and Wyatt cried together over the loss of the baby before facing some hard truths about their marriage. Hope acknowledged that it wasn't fair for Wyatt to be unsure of her feelings for him, and she walked out on him. Hope expressed to Liam that she'd always wanted to be with him, but her baby had been her priority. She left for Milan to visit Brooke, heal, and find herself again. Katie comforted the grieving Bill, and he kissed her. Quinn was devastated by the death of her grandson. When Wyatt disowned Quinn, she found herself on the ledge of her building. Bill advised her to jump.

Daniel learned about the scam Melanie had pulled off at a casino in Europe. Brady and Nicole helped Melanie out of a jam. When Theresa learned that Melanie was Daniel's daughter, all bets were off that they would be friends. Eric was shocked to receive a visit from Serena, a woman from his past. Eric and Serena reminisced about their past. Serena told Eric she'd moved to Salem when she had learned he was living there. Adrienne talked to Sonny about his true feelings for Paul. Sonny accused Chad of pulling a fast one on him about the new club. Sonny almost turned to Paul for help. Will surprised Sonny and said he was home for good. Will kept a secret from Sonny. Rafe asked Victor for help in checking out Clyde's past. Jordan and Chad made love. Kate warned Chad that Rafe was out to get him. Hope received a disturbing phone call from Bree about Aiden. Clyde made Abigail an offer she could not refuse.

The impostor continued to pass himself off as Luke without anyone being the wiser. At Ryan's bar, Kiki met her grandmother, Delia, and then spotted Silas and Ava as they arrived to meet with someone with information about Franco. After an impassioned appeal from Morgan, Beth Frank agreed to tell him where Franco was hiding. In Canada, Dante apprehended Franco when a boat captain agreed to disclose Franco's location in exchange for immunity. Ava was reunited with her daughter but promptly arrested for Connie's murder. Helena told Jake the truth about who he was but revealed that he had been conditioned to be her soldier. Helena ordered Jason to help Faison escape, so Jason donned a mask then went to the police station. Later, as Helena had instructed, Jake's mind erased the shootout, including his true identity and his association with Helena. Maxie rushed to Nathan's side when he was injured during the shootout. Sam bumped into Jake, who said something that triggered a memory of a similar remark the masked gunman made during Faison's escape. Britt decided to leave Port Charles with her father to avoid prosecution for helping Spencer run away over the summer. Jordan was stunned when her boss fired her from the FBI for failing to successfully complete her undercover assignment. Anna learned that Ric had disappeared from the Witness Protection Program. Johnny Zacchara revealed that he had Ric Lansing and would cut him up piece by piece unless Sonny agreed to allow Johnny to take over the Corinthos territory.

Stitch drank himself into a stupor after he assumed Victoria and Billy were back together. Ashley attempted to sober Stitch up by throwing him into a shower, but he pulled her in with him, and they had sex. Victoria gave Stitch another chance, but he said he had to tell her something about Ashley. Ashley witnessed Tobias taking photos of confidential Jabot files. Jeffrey dropped the lawsuit against Stitch after Chelsea paid him off. Christine informed Paul she was pregnant. Avery accepted Dylan's proposal. Hilary was jealous when Gwen showed real interest in Devon. Sage coached Adam about how to pose as Gabriel. Adam pretended to be a stranger when he approached Sharon and Noah, and neither of them recognized Adam. Noah refused to get in the middle of Sharon and Nick's custody battle over Faith. Phyllis was livid when she learned Jack and Summer had sold her penthouse. Phyllis had a heated confrontation with Kelly about Jack, and she was infuriated to find out Jack had gone to Georgia to say goodbye. Phyllis decided to try to move past it out of love for Jack. Nick was stunned when he saw Sage at the Underground. Kevin kissed Mariah, but they agreed to stay just friends. Lauren was upset when Michael didn't show up for their anniversary celebration, and he finally told her he had cancer.
