Longtime General Hospital fans know that Port Charles hasn't been the same without Jeff Webber, and it looks like the ABC soap just may be trying to recast the former character.
GH has put out a casting call for a "Caucasian, handsome, dynamic, charismatic" male in his late 50s, early 60s, for a major recurring role, Soap Opera Digest reports. Sounds a bit like the fictional doctor, doesn't it?
Jeff, who's Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Hayden's (Rebecca ) father and the ex of leading ladies Monica (Leslie Charleson) and Heather (Robin Mattson/Mary O'Brien), was previously played by MacGyver star Richard Dean Anderson from 1976 to 1981.
