At Company, Frank and Buzz walked in talking and asked Rick why he looked so down. Rick handed them Harley's note, and Frank read it. Harley told them why she was leaving and that she would be okay. Buzz thought she'd left because of him and she was upset with him. Frank explained that Harley and he loved Buzz, and they had forgiven him many, many years before for leaving them. Buzz thanked him and said that his kids were great. Rick told them he hated missing so much time with Harley, especially the birth of his son, but if it was what Harley needed, he hoped it helped her.
Ross told Danny that he could very well be sent to prison, and he thought Danny should entertain the thought of a plea bargain -- ten to twelve for manslaughter. Danny couldn't think of that without talking it over with Michelle. He could not imagine losing that much time with his son. Ross said that if Danny didn't take the deal, he might never get to see Robbie again. Ross reminded Danny that he had two things going against him: he'd killed his mother, and he was a Santos. Juries were strange, and those two things might be all they needed.
Danny said he would discuss it with his wife. Ross asked if he had heard from Gus, and Danny replied that he hadn't. Ross said he might stop by to get even; he had shown up at Ross's house that morning, trying to cause trouble. He still wasn't quite sure why Gus hadn't admitted to faking the body and dental records when he had admitted to everything else. Danny thought about what Michelle had told him about Carmen possibly being behind everything.
Ross left, and Danny couldn't believe Michelle might be right. He went to Rick and said he had to talk to him. He told Rick about Michelle's theory and why he thought it was possible, but he didn't want to encourage or scare Michelle just yet. Meanwhile, outside Company, Michelle told Frank her thoughts and why she didn't want to tell Danny just yet. They both were thinking the same thing and both not telling each other because they wanted to protect the other. Meanwhile, Frank and Rick both thought it was impossible. Michelle left to see Claire, and Danny called Tony and asked for his help.
At the docks, Michelle encountered a man who told her that he was a fisherman named Pete and that he was there every day and every night. She asked him about the day the year before, and he told her he remembered it because something strange had happened that night. He said he'd heard a shot, and when he'd finally made his way over in his row boat, he had seen something floating over to the shore and then two men dressed in black had dragged it out of the lake and placed it in the back of their car, then they'd left like nothing had ever happened. Michelle believed the men had pulled Carmen out of the lake.
Holly entered the carriage house, and Blake told her about Gus kissing her and Ross not even caring. Holly said it was because he trusted her, and it had taken a long time to get there in their relationship, so she should be glad. Blake thought it showed he didn't care. Ross walked in, and Holly left. Blake nagged at Ross about not being upset that another man had kissed her while she had been in that man's hotel room. Ross told her he trusted her.
Ross asked Blake if she wanted to go back to the time when they'd argued all the time and every fight had jeopardized their family. He said that he just didn't want her to revert to her old patterns. Blake didn't understand why he wasn't reacting to it. Ross didn't know what she wanted him to do. Blake asked if there was something wrong in their relationship. She wondered if the spark was gone, if the passion was no longer there.
Ross asked Blake if she had liked it better when he had flown into jealous rages. She wanted it to be like it had been when he hadn't been able to live without her. They had been hot and fueled by fire, and he didn't even seem to want it back. She told him he had changed. Ross said he was late for a meeting, and they would discuss it later. He got outside and told himself that she was wrong, and he hadn't changed.
Alan went into the airport, having to fly commercial to San Cristobel because Phillip had taken off in the jet. He had to sit between two brats that were fighting back and forth. Claire walked in, and Alan was mad. He told her that he didn't want to talk to her right then. He had to go to San Cristobel because she'd failed to give him a message from Olivia that might cost him millions.
Claire apologized and told Alan that she needed a favor. Alan wasn't in a giving mood, but she went on anyway and told him that she wanted him to offer Danny a job. He was annoyed and told her that he was too busy right then to deal with her or her hoodlum son-in-law. He turned to board the plane when the flight attendant was heard over the intercom, canceling the flight.
In San Cristobel, the walls were falling down all over the place, and Cassie, Reva, Noah, and Richard were caught in the thick of it. Reva and Cassie were worried about the kids and wanted to look for them. They took a step, and more walls crashed in. When the shaking finally started, the women went to look for the children. Cassie had a guard take Tammy and R.J. to safety while Reva still searched for Marah and Sam.
Reva returned, and they learned that Marah and Sam had never left the palace, so they were there somewhere. Reva went to look some more, and Cassie went with her. There was another tremor that caused the floor to crack and the ground to separate. Cassie grabbed hold of Reva and pressed her against the wall so they would be safe.
Phillip found Vargas in Mexico and told him that his father revered him as one of the best attorneys in Mexico, and that was why they had contacted him for Beth. She was missing, and he was worried. Vargas said she had been dancing in the streets at the festival earlier. Phillip said that he was having trouble talking to the desk clerk at the hotel because of the language barrier, and he would like Vargas to ask him about Beth. Vargas said that he would, and he would meet up with Phillip soon.
Later, Vargas found Phillip and told him that Beth had checked out and left. Phillip said that was impossible. She would have let him know. Vargas said that she was a big girl and didn't have to answer to anyone, so maybe she hadn't thought she had to contact him. Phillip insisted that she would have let him know. Vargas said that was all he could do for Phillip, and he left. Phillip called home and asked Lillian if she'd heard from Beth; she hadn't. Phillip hung up, sure that something was wrong and that Edmund was behind it.
The thugs had Beth in a secluded place. They told her that she could offer them more money than the boss, and they might let her go. She screamed out at Edmund, and he arrived shortly thereafter. Edmund sent the men to run some errands, and they left. Edmund told Beth that he hadn't planned it, but she wouldn't listen any other way. She told him he was holding her prisoner.
Edmund told Beth that he would let her go, if that was what she wanted, as soon as the men got back with the transportation, but he would like her to listen to him. He wanted the chance to tell her he loved her, and he wanted her to listen with her heart. He got romantic and told her how he felt, and she told him how she'd felt when he'd locked her up. Beth thought he only wanted the silver mine, and if it weren't for that, they wouldn't even be talking at that moment. Edmund was offended that she would say that after he'd poured his heart out to her.
Beth told Edmund that she was no longer his equal nor his partner. She had become stronger than he was, and she intended on saving herself and would not let him drag her down. Edmund said if he was so totally loathsome and incapable of love, maybe he shouldn't disappoint her. Beth seemed shocked at what he was saying. He went on to tell her that they didn't need to pretend anymore; they could be totally honest.
Edmund took out his memo pad and began writing. He told her to sign it, and it would all be over. She asked what it was, and he told her it was a deed signing over her silver mine to him. He got his power and money, and she got her divorce. She was still in shock when he yelled at her to sign it.
Ross was meeting outside Company with Doris. Blake walked up and asked if that was the meeting he'd had to leave her for. Ross told her that it was, and Blake was a bit perturbed. Ross finally had to ask Blake to leave so they could finish their meeting in private.
Inside Company, Tony walked in with Romeo and Catalina. He left them at the bar and went over to meet with Danny. Danny said he needed Tony's help. He thought Carmen was alive, and he wanted Tony to use his connections to see what he could learn. Danny said that he knew Tony was back in the business, and he hoped it worked for him, but he wished Tony wouldn't go that way.
Tony was hostile and said Danny could no longer boss him around. Danny said he understood how Tony felt, but if Carmen was alive, someone would end up dead soon -- and it could be him. At the very least, she would turn him into her own personal gopher. If Carmen was alive, she had to have help, and that help would be Maria, Carlos, or Bernardo, Tony's new friends. If that happened, they weren't up-front with Tony, which put him on Carmen's list, too, just like Danny and Michelle.
Danny warned Tony that Carmen played for keeps. Again, Danny asked for Tony's help. Tony said he would help. Danny went on to tell Tony that Carmen's henchman Lucas knew something, and Tony might be able to get him to talk. Tony said Lucas had a gambling problem and owed a lot to Inferno; he might be able to use that. Danny asked Tony not to tell Michelle anything, and Tony said he wouldn't.
Michelle entered the hospital and asked Claire what she remembered about the night Carmen had been killed. Claire said there hadn't been much going on. Michelle asked if anything or anyone had acted strangely that night. Claire remembered an intern leaving after a phone call during the middle of the shift. She'd thought it was weird because the girl had reeked of ambition, just like Claire had at that age. The funny thing was she'd left and then never returned.
Claire told Michelle that about a week later, they'd received a fax that said she had moved to Europe, but she didn't believe it. She'd left all her things, and they still had them in storage. Claire went and got the box of things the intern had left, and Michelle went through it. Claire kept asking Michelle what she was looking for, and Michelle said she wasn't sure.
Michelle found a piece of paper and stuck it in her pocket. Claire took the box back, and Michelle looked at the paper. It said "Laurel Falls" on it. Michelle wasn't surprised. Claire returned, and Michelle said that she had to go but asked her not to mention any of it to Danny. Claire promised.
Marah and Sam were walking in the rubble of the palace in San Cristobel. The ceiling started falling, and Marah was worried about her mother, who she still believed to be blind. Sam promised not to let anything happen to her.
Everything was shaking, and Reva was calling out for Marah and Sam. Dax went through looking for Richard and was glad to find him okay. Dax said it was chaos out there, and Richard ordered crews sent to the factory area. He said to send people to the football stadium for safety and to keep people off the beaches. Cassie wanted to go to the children, but Richard wanted her to stay in the palace a bit longer. He asked her to stay with Reva to keep her calm.
Reva told Noah she had to find Marah. Just then, Marah yelled out, and Reva heard her and called to her. They ran toward each other when the floor opened up even more. They finally got everyone to safety, and Marah realized Reva could see. Reva asked about Josh, and they told her that he and Olivia were on another island. Noah wanted them all to get out of there.
Reva asked Cassie if Olivia had engineered the earthquake to cover her tracks. Cassie asked Reva if she had the tape, and Reva pulled it out of her pocket. They all started to head out when Marah realized she'd lost the necklace Tony had given her, and she ran back to find it. Reva went after her. There was another tremor, which broke the ground open, and Reva fell into an abyss.
In San Cristobel, Marah finally realized that her mother had fallen into the earth, and it was all her fault for having to locate a stupid piece of jewelry. She cried out for help. Noah and Richard started going through the rubble but could not locate Reva. They would have to dig. Richard tried to get a signal on his cell phone to call for help but was unable to. He wanted Cassie to get out of there before something else happened, but she refused to leave without Reva.
Marah was worried that her mother was going to die; she had been under all that debris for quite a while, and they weren't even sure there were air pockets in the mass. Marah told Sam that her dad would be able to help; he would know just what to do. She asked him to help her find him. Sam told her that there was no communication on the island where Josh and Olivia were -- no phones, cables, nothing. Marah pleaded with him, and he told her that they would find a way to get out of there, and the two of them would find her dad. She thanked him.
Sam told Marah that they could manage a boat if she didn't mind "borrowing without permission." Marah was all for it. They went back over to Richard, who was still trying the phone. He asked them to go find Colonel Dax and tell him what had happened and ask for him to send help as soon as possible. Sam and Marah left after Sam said that they would find Dax and then her dad. Noah and Richard dug some more, and Noah called out for Reva to give him a signal if she heard him. There was no response.
Phillip was showing a photo of Beth around in Mexico, but no one had seen her. He called home again and asked Lillian if Beth had called. He tried not to alarm her and told her that Beth was on her way home. He said if Beth called to tell her to call him. Vargas walked over with a young lady, and Phillip questioned him again. Vargas said he would go talk to the police about Beth, and Phillip could stay and keep his lady friend company. Phillip noticed Beth's bracelet on the girl's arm and agreed.
When Vargas left, the girl and Phillip danced. He commented on her bracelet, and she told him that Vargas had given it to her a few days earlier. Vargas returned and told Phillip he had news. Phillip grabbed his wrist and twisted his arm behind his back. He said he'd thought Vargas was lying, but he finally knew it. He demanded the truth. Vargas didn't know what he was talking about.
Phillip told Vargas he had seen Beth's bracelet on Vargas' girlfriend. The girl said that Vargas had bought the bracelet and showed Phillip that she had more than one. Phillip apologized to them both, and Vargas went on to say that while he had been at the police station, he'd met someone who had seen Beth. He introduced Phillip to a cab driver that identified Beth's picture as the woman he had taken to the airport recently. He told Phillip that the woman had said her husband was bothering her, and she'd wanted to get back home to be with her children, a baby boy and a young girl. Phillip was satisfied and thankful that Beth was on her way home. Phillip called the jet and told the pilot he was going to be heading home.
Meanwhile, in a shack somewhere in the desert, Beth asked Edmund if he really wanted her to sign the deed. He told her that was the only way for her to get rid of him. She told him she didn't even have to think; she would sign immediately. She started to sign, and Edmund stopped her. He told her that she was about to give up everything. She thought he meant the mine but realized he meant their relationship. They argued a bit more, and he told her that he wanted her and not anything she had.
Beth tried to jerk away from Edmund and ended up falling through a table and breaking some glass. She curled up against the wall and cried. Edmund told her that she was seeing Bradley and not him. She told him that at that moment, they both seemed like the same man. Edmund was taken aback and told Beth he never wanted to cause her pain. He told her to go. He told her how to get back to the road, and she asked about the deed. He didn't want anything, just for her to be happy. He couldn't take her being upset.
Beth got up, found the paper, and signed it anyway. Edmund asked Beth to promise him that when things were clearer to her and she could change her mind about him, she would call him. Beth handed him the paper and told him that he wasn't losing a wife; he was gaining a silver mine. Just then, one of the ruffians returned, holding a gun. He told them to hand over the deed to him.
Danny entered Millennium, asking for Tony. He wasn't there, so Danny went to a table to call him. Claire entered and told Danny that she was worried about Michelle, who was going around asking tons of questions, trying to get him out of trouble. She was on the trail of Carmen. Claire got a call and left after telling Danny not to let Michelle do his dirty work. Danny called Tony again and left another message.
While he was out of the room, Michelle entered to meet Rick. Rick told her that Harley had gone to California to have the baby. He was upset and thought maybe he should take the legal stance. Michelle told him that wasn't how he was, and he should just be himself. She promised him that nice guys did finish first. She left.
Catalina asked Buzz if she could have a job working at Company. She told him she could handle two jobs, and they wouldn't conflict with each other. He gave her the job, and she started to work right away. Tony and Romeo entered. Buzz asked Catalina how things were going with her and Tony. She told him Tony wasn't interested in her like that. Buzz said Tony was a bigger fool that he'd thought.
Catalina went over to Tony and Romeo. Tony was surprised she was working there, too, and asked if she needed a raise. She told him she didn't want charity; she would work for what she had. She asked what they would like. Romeo hit on her while Catalina was telling them about the desserts. They ordered, and Catalina left.
Tony told Romeo not to treat Catalina like that. She was a good person who deserved respect. He told Romeo that Catalina wasn't interested in him, so he should leave it alone. Romeo thought Tony was interested. Catalina took the cake out and left. Tony talked to Romeo about a job he had for him. He wanted him to find Lucas and learn who had paid him to lie at Danny's trial.
Maria walked in, and she and Buzz greeted each other. She headed over to talk to Tony, but he told her he would talk to her when he was through talking business. Maria went to the bar and sat while she talked to Buzz. She asked Buzz to get Catalina to go over there. Catalina went over, and Maria said that she wanted something from her. Maria said that she was the woman for Tony; she knew it, and she wanted Catalina to act on her feelings and not be so shy.
Catalina said that she was the woman for Tony; she knew that, too, but when she and Tony did get together, she was sure Maria wouldn't like it. She would make sure Tony knew that he was powerful and important without the family business. Maria told Catalina that would be perfect. Tony would want to succeed for Catalina.
Maria said if Catalina wanted to, she could try to change Tony, but no matter how loudly anyone protested, people did what they wanted to do. Tony was there because he wanted to be. She wished Catalina good luck. Catalina was upset because she believed Maria thought Tony would want her as a mother figure. Maria said it was better then nothing.
Romeo left, and Tony went to Catalina and asked her where Maria was. He asked if she'd left any messages for him. Catalina said she had, and she kissed him. He was surprised. Catalina asked if that had felt grandmotherly to him. He told her it hadn't. Catalina smiled and walked away.
On the other island, Josh was lying in bed, thinking, when Olivia walked in. Josh was preoccupied, and Olivia was concerned. He told her that he'd had a dream earlier that Reva and Marah had been in an open car or wagon on the edge of a hill. The car had started to move, and he hadn't been able to help them. Then he'd woken up. Olivia told him that it was just a dream. Josh told her it had just stuck with him, and being there without any way to contact Reva or Marah made him think something was wrong.
Just then, Marah ran in crying and told Josh that there had been an earthquake, Reva was stuck, and he was the only one who could help her. Marah told Josh what had happened, crying hysterically. Olivia was upset about the earthquake, and Sam told her about it. Marah told Josh that Reva had been in the palace, and the walls had fallen down on her during an aftershock. Marah told them about losing her necklace and how Reva had fallen into a chasm and was buried alive.
Olivia asked about the harbor project, and Josh told her that was the least of their worries. Marah told Josh that Reva was stuck in darkness, and she had just gotten her sight back. Olivia was shocked and asked how long Reva had been able to see. Marah told her dad they had to get back to San Cristobel, but he told her they weren't going anywhere. Josh got on the phone and talked to someone while Sam comforted Marah. Josh told them that he was going back to the island, and he had to know his daughter was safe.
Josh told Marah to trust him and stay there with Sam. Sam promised he would take care of Marah. Olivia got ready, and she and Josh left. Marah wanted to follow, but Sam stopped her. Finally, she convinced him, and they headed out, accidentally leaving Sam's cell phone behind.
At the palace, Richard was trying to calm Cassie while Dax, Noah, and some workers dug. Another tremor hit and caused more debris to fall. Richard told Dax to get the men out of there; it was too dangerous. He wanted everyone out. Noah and Cassie refused to leave without Reva. Noah and Cassie kept digging, and Richard tried to get them to leave and let him do it. They refused, and Richard told Cassie that he would carry her out of there.
Richard reminded Cassie about her children. Cassie told him that he had to promise her to take care of himself and not to leave there without Reva. He promised, and Cassie left. Noah and Richard started digging. Noah told Richard that he wasn't prepared for that. He seemed really upset. Richard told him they had to know that Reva might not be alive. Reva was lying unconscious underneath the rubble.
In Mexico, the thug had Beth tying Edmund's hand behind his back. Edmund tried to talk to him, but the thug said that Edmnd was no longer the boss; no one had told him about the silver mine. While the thug was talking, Beth found a piece of glass and put it in Edmund's hands. While Beth was talking to the thug, he offered her a deal. He wanted her to sign the mine over to him under more "favorable" conditions. She started to flirt with him while Edmund worked the glass into the rope.
Beth told the thug that she would do anything if he kept Edmund away from her. Edmund started arguing with Beth, and she argued back to keep up the pretense. Beth told Edmund that the thug could have the mine as long as she never had to see Edmund again. Edmund was really looking upset about the thug touching Beth, but he continued to work on getting free. The man kissed Beth and told her that he didn't believe her little act. Edmund told him they both wanted the same thing -- the mine -- and they could make a deal.
Edmund got free, and when the man turned around and pulled a gun on Beth, Edmund jumped him and held the gun to his neck. Edmund told Beth that they had always made a good team. Beth told him he was only the lesser of two evils. Edmund told her that he would take her back to town, and she could catch a plane home because he was sure that she would return to him when she was ready.
Just then, another thug walked in holding a gun. A helicopter hovered outside, and Beth was sure it was Phillip and he had found her. The men told her it was the Feds, and they knew about the drugs. Edmund told Beth they had to get out of there; drug cases were different down there, and they would be in deep trouble if they were caught.
Frank and Buzz were talking at Company when Michelle walked in. She asked to speak to Frank. She told Frank that she had found out some more on her theory of Carmen. She told him about the intern, Jennifer Tarver, that had disappeared from the ER the night Carmen had died, and Jennifer had never returned. Frank still doubted the theory. Michelle asked him to follow up on the intern. Michelle was sure about it.
Frank told Michelle that he had a bad feeling about it. She begged him to help her prove it. Michelle told Frank to think of Robbie and help them. He finally agreed to help. He was going to try to find the intern. Michelle asked him not to say anything to Danny, and Frank agreed. He left, and Michelle looks at the paper she'd found in the intern's belongings. She left.
Danny and Tony met outside. Tony told Danny he had been looking into things, and he had Romeo on Lucas. Danny told him that they had to hurry for Michelle's sake. Romeo walked in with Lucas. Romeo left, and Danny asked Lucas who had paid him off.
Lucas tried to leave, and Tony reminded him of the $80,000 he owed Inferno. Lucas told him he had money on the way. They offered to pick up his marker at the club if he answered some questions. The guy told them that he had received a message shortly after Carmen's death that had told him to go to a shack in Laurel Falls. He told them he had gotten there, and someone had put a blindfold on him.
Lucas said the person had taken him inside and told him to go down to the docks and throw something in the water. It had been a canvas bag that had been heavy that had metal clanging inside. He had dumped the bag and stripped the car. He also remembered he had smelled roses at the shack. Lucas left, and Danny told Tony that Carmen had always worn "Royal Rose" perfume. He knew Carmen was alive, but for the moment, they should keep it to themselves.
Danny went inside Company and told Frank he needed Frank's help.
Blake and Rick met up at Inferno and engaged in small talk. He was upset about Harley. Blake told him that she had talked to Harley, and she was really sorry. Rick told her that he had waited a long time for it, and Harley had left town. Blake told him he would be a great dad, and everything would be okay. Rick showed her the sonogram, and he was already acting like a proud father.
Blake told Rick about Gus's kiss and Ross's lack of reaction. She was upset about it, but Rick thought it just showed Ross trusted her. Rick told Blake she needed to find Ross and tell him what she'd told Rick.
Michelle found the shack at Laurel Falls while thinking back to the night Carmen had died. She went into the shack and looked around. She didn't find anything and started to leave when a bat flew through and scared her. She ran outside and thought she hadn't found anything. She remembered the furnace inside and went back to search it. Michelle found a piece of paper that said something about Springfield Airport.
At Company, Danny asked for Frank's help. David stuck his nose in the conversation and told Danny that if it was official, he could talk to him as well. Danny told them that he thought Michelle might be in trouble; he believed Carmen was still alive. David accused Danny of trying to play them to save his own hide. Frank told Danny that Michelle was thinking the same thing and investigating herself. Danny was getting upset and told Frank that if Carmen was alive, Michelle was in danger, and he needed Frank's help.
Frank didn't really believe the theory of Carmen being alive but knew that if she were, Danny would be right to worry about Michelle's safety. Frank told Danny about the intern Michelle wanted him to find. David thought the whole thing was bunk and thought Frank was crazy to listen to it. Danny told Frank that all that time, they hadn't had a trace of Carmen, and all of a sudden there were clues popping up all over about her being alive. He knew his mother and told Frank that she covered her tracks unless she wanted to be found. He thought she was sitting Michelle up.
Frank told Danny he would look into the intern thing, but that was all he could do. He left, and David went to make some calls while watching Danny. Danny tried over and over to get Michelle on her cell phone, but there was no answer. Claire walked over and told Danny that she had talked to Michelle, and she thought Michelle was after Carmen. She also told him that while she had been on the phone, she'd heard an announcement for a plane to Montreal. Danny left.
Buzz turned on the tube and heard the news about the earthquake in San Cristobel. Tony was worried about Marah. Maria walked in and told Tony that she had a message from Machado. Tony took her outside, and Maria told him that Machado wanted him to go down and check out the harbor project in San Cristobel. Tony told her that he wasn't their errand boy, and he would not go.
Catalina walked out and told Tony he should go. He was surprised that she knew about his business, but she told him she did, and she supported whatever he wanted to do. She went on to tell him she would never pass judgment on him, and she only wanted him to be happy. Catalina told him if he was hesitant about Marah, he shouldn't worry about that, either, because she was confident that he would be able to handle it. Tony agreed to go. He left, and Maria told Catalina she had done very well. Catalina replied that it hadn't been an act.
Michelle tried to get an airport employee to tell her about a chartered airline. She showed them the paper she had located at Laurel Falls with the letterhead of the airline and asked to speak to the man in charge. While she was waiting, Claire called and begged Michelle to let her help. Michelle said she would talk to her later and ended the call. Shortly after, the head of the airline walked over, and she asked him if he could tell her who had chartered their plane on a certain date the previous year. He told her he couldn't help her with his private clients.
Michelle pretended to start crying then spun a story about looking for her birth mother because she was dying and needed a transplant. The man told her he would check his records for her. He took out the record book and verified that an injured woman had traveled on the dates she was talking about from Springfield to Bear Lake, Canada. Michelle asked him how fast he could get her there. He went to check and took back a ticket on a commercial airline that would take Michelle to Montreal, and from there, his man would meet with her and take her on to Bear Lake.
Michelle thanked him and went to board the place. She passed one of Carmen's thugs and seemed to recognize him. She went onto the plane. The thug called someone and told the person that Michelle was on her way.
Danny arrived at the airport and begged them to get his wife off the plane. They told him he couldn't go on the plane without a ticket, and he threw a credit card at the stewardess, telling her to sell him one. David had followed him and went over and arrested Danny. Danny yelled out for Michelle to get off the plane.
Meanwhile, at the shed in Laurel Falls, Carmen was happy that Michelle was on her way to Canada. Just then, Michelle burst in the shack and told Carmen she hadn't taken the bait.
Phillip was on the phone at Millennium, trying to locate Beth. Rick walked in, and it was awkward. They talked about Harley and Beth. Rick told Phillip that sometimes a person had to let others make their own mistakes and back off. Phillip asked Rick if that was what he would do, and if so, he wondered why Rick hadn't backed off the night he'd crawled into bed with Harley.
In San Cristobel, Reva was awakening under the rubble, and she yelled out, but no one heard her. She grabbed a chair leg and started to make noise with it, but more debris started to fall on her. She wondered if everyone else was okay. Meanwhile, on the surface, Josh and Olivia showed up, and Richard told them it was too dangerous to be there. Josh told Noah he would help, but he wanted Olivia out of there.
Josh went to call his crew on the harbor project to get them to help. He talked to Lou, the crew chief, and asked him to gather everyone up and head to the palace with all the land-moving equipment. Lou told him the harbor was in terrible shape, but Josh replied that he didn't care. Josh just wanted the workers to get there as soon as possible. Josh hung up and told Noah and Richard that help would be there in 30 minutes.
Olivia was out where the hall had been, calling up about the harbor. Someone told her it was in serious trouble. She asked to speak to Lou and told him to get busy working. Lou told her that they were on their way to the palace. She told them not to go there; she had too much money tied up in it. Josh walked out and heard Olivia. He told her that Lou and the men were heading there, and "to hell with the money." He yelled at Olivia that there was a life at stake, which was more important then any amount of cash.
Olivia told Josh that Reva was dead, and he wanted to risk everything to dig up a corpse. Olivia said she was trying to save them and their life together. Josh asked "who the hell" she was. Olivia said she was his wife and his future, not his past. Josh said the men are going to get Reva out. Olivia told him to do what he had to do. She would save the project whether he liked it or not. She would do it if she had to dig it out herself.
Meanwhile, Marah and Sam were back on the boat. He tried to get something on the radio, but Marah rushed him to get started, so he headed up to the controls. They both were out of the cabin just as a severe weather report sounded warning people to take cover. Later, they went back down to get the radio started, and things started to get turbulent.
Sam looked out the porthole and saw a major storm. He told Marah he could save the boat if he got to the controls. He started out of the cabin and hit his head, knocking him out. Marah was whining, trying to get Sam up. When he finally woke up, Marah told him they were taking on water.
