Romeo dished out the details of his night with Marah to Tony, relishing the telling of every illicit detail. Tony was fuming and a breath away from all-out ballistic. Marah made her way to the jail after Carmen taunted that Romeo was planning to bare all about their tryst. After hearing the news, Tony left the jail in a rage, and Marah arrived to a gloating Romeo. Marah proclaimed to Romeo she was certain Tony would forgive her and their love would triumph. However, she didn't look as sure as she sounded.

Cassie sat in a traffic jam, late for her second honeymoon with Richard at the Beacon. She lovingly reminisced about all the adventure and romance they had enjoyed in their marriage thus far.

Gus finally opened up to Harley and told his story -- the secret that was inside his juvenile record Phillip had gotten unsealed. Instead of Harley being put off, as Gus had feared, she was understanding, and their bond was made stronger than ever. Gus explained that the official record was, in essence, a cover story that had been created to save someone else's reputation. Harley wanted to know whom Gus was protecting, but Gus stood by his promise to keep the secret. After Harley left, Gus gazed at a photo of a young woman and vowed out loud to her that he would never betray their confidence.

An on-call Harley arrived at the scene of the accident that had held Cassie up for what seemed like hours. Restless and wanting to help, Cassie left her car and approached the crash. She was surprised to see Harley there, and Harley looked even more surprised and anguished to see Cassie.

Back inside a police cruiser, Harley tried to find the words to tell Cassie that Richard was involved in the accident. There was a horrible moment of recognition as Cassie looked through the pouring rain and saw it was Richard's wrecked car in front of them. Cassie ran to Richard, who was being carefully extricated from the car. She called to him, but he did not answer.

Olivia read Lorelei's diary and smiled as a napkin fell out. It was from the Palomino Bar, scribbled with "No one like you, never before, never after." Beth entered and searched behind the couch cushions, claiming she'd lost an earring. Alan and Phillip entered and joined Beth in teasing Olivia on her "champagne binge" at her ex-husband's wedding. Alan noticed Olivia's good mood and guessed she was "up to no good."
Nolan announced the arrival of Bill Lewis. Alan couldn't believe Olivia had the nerve to invite "a Lewis" into his house. She told him not to worry; Bill was doing some work for her -- estimates on repairs to the Beacon. Beth looked worried as Bill entered the study. She remembered talking to him at Company, how he'd mentioned Lorelei's red hair and her striking resemblance. She remembered he had implied they knew each other quite well. "Just how well?" Beth had asked. She snapped out of her thoughts as Olivia invited Bill to stay for a drink.
Beth and Bill exchanged an uncomfortable "How are you?" and Olivia asked how long Bill would be in town. He didn't know; he'd done a lot of traveling lately, but the Beacon was the only thing keeping him in Springfield. Olivia frowned, saying Beth would miss him -- and his dancing. At the wedding, it had seemed like they'd danced a thousand times before. Bill and Beth asked why Olivia kept mentioning that. She sipped her brandy, saying, "It'll keep; drink up."
Bill entertained Phillip and Beth with stories from his travels as Alan took Olivia aside and warned her not to continue her little game. He wouldn't want to see anyone he loved get hurt. Nolan entered with a plate of pork rinds. Olivia pretended to have made a mistake as she asked if Beth liked them at that moment "or when you were Lorelei?" Bill eyed Beth suspiciously, "You're Lorelei?" Beth admitted she had been, then asked Phillip for a moment outside.
Olivia explained to Bill about Beth's brush with death in Mexico and how the trauma had caused the "alternate persona" of Lorelei Hills. In the hall, Beth said she'd meant to tell Phillip she had known Bill when she had been Lorelei, but she had only found out the night before and hadn't found the right time. She didn't even remember her time as Lorelei, and she and Bill had just been friends, anyway, so it shouldn't matter. Phillip passed it off as a "weird coincidence."
Phillip and Beth returned to the study where Phillip suggested Beth see Bill out. Olivia asked if all was well between the happy couple. Much to her dismay, Phillip said everything was fine. Olivia looked disappointed as Alan smirked.

Outside, Beth apologized for not being honest with Bill about Lorelei. She had wanted to tell Phillip first. Bill realized Beth had to have had a rough time and was sorry for causing the past to return to haunt her. He left, but Beth still looked worried.

Alan warned Olivia not to start trouble for Phillip and Beth. Olivia wanted justice, however petty. She accused Alan of lacking the "feeling" with which to understand her situation. She questioned his intentions to her and left in a huff. Beth overheard on her way to join Phillip again.

Phillip was well aware of Olivia's plan to stir things up, and he assumed Bill was the reason Beth had started looking through Lorelei's things. Beth assured him it was no big deal, but Phillip joked -- Bill was a nice guy, handsome, with good taste in women. They laughed.

Bill listened to country music at Company as Buzz asked if he wanted another beer. He was deep in thought but snapped out of it and told Buzz no thanks. He left, holding his head, but hesitated outside. He read the sign on the window, "Room For Rent," and went back inside.

At Inferno, Tony asked Marah point-blank if she had slept with Romeo. She admitted she had and that it had been a mistake. She was sorry he'd had to hear it from Romeo instead of her. She had been angry and drunk and hadn't known how to tell him without hurting him. Tony was too upset to let her hug him. He pushed her off violently, sending her to the floor. He screamed for her to shut up.
Marah got up and accused Tony of lying to her as well -- she said he'd killed Catalina and didn't love Marah anymore. She was heartbroken, confused, and angry with him. Tony was disgusted, remembering prom night and how she had been too "pure and perfect" to touch. He'd wanted to do right by her, had almost gone to jail, and had risked his life to protect her. He accused her of playing him for a fool, all the while conspiring with Romeo behind his back.
Marah explained that she had used sex in order to get a better look at the St. Anthony's medal around Romeo's neck. She'd suspected he was the killer and needed proof. Tony claimed that she never would have slept with Romeo if she'd loved Tony the way he loved her. He pushed her away and implied she had deliberately hurt him. Marah admitted that she had been in pain and had wanted him to feel it too.
Tony grabbed Marah and begged, "Tell me how you wanted to hurt me." He wanted all the details. He pinned Marah to the wall, but she broke free, reminding him that she had forgiven him for sleeping with Catalina and asking why he couldn't do the same. He thought Marah had been holding out for the "perfect guy," and after all they'd been through, she hadn't waited for him. Marah explained that it didn't matter who it was -- it was always about Tony. Romeo had told him otherwise and had said Marah had enjoyed it.
Angry, Tony grabbed Marah and ripped off her shirt. He demanded to know how she had enjoyed her "perfect moment" with his best friend. He held her down on the couch and took off his shirt. Marah screamed and broke free, stripping off her clothes. Sobbing, she screamed, realizing Tony thought she was a slut and only wanted sex. She lay down and screamed at him, "Go ahead! Take what you want!"
Tony stared in shock then picked up Marah's clothes and told her to leave "before I do something that I can't take back." Marah got up, saying, "You already did." Everyone had warned her about Tony Santos, and she had always defended him. But she finally saw he was everything they'd said he was. Tony retorted that Marah Lewis wasn't all she pretended to be. On the other side of the slammed door, Marah cried.

Outside Company, Michelle told her father that Danny had a meeting, so he wouldn't be joining them. Ed knew it had to be hard for her and offered to find another place to stay. Michelle assured him he was welcome to stay with them. Ed felt his presence might be causing the rift between his daughter and her husband. And, he added, just being around wouldn't fix things.
Ed commented on the red moon on the horizon. The villagers in Africa always said it was a bad omen -- the gods were "wrathful," and anything could happen. Inside, at a table, Michelle told Ed she disagreed with his red moon theory -- there had to be a scientific explanation for everything. Ed's travels had shown him there was more to it. For example, if someone cut corners to achieve a goal, it didn't mean he was a criminal -- and if people treated him like one, it was worse than the corner-cutting in the first place.
Michelle knew Ed was talking about Danny. Buzz greeted Ed as Michelle's phone rang. He reminded them that they had a grandson in common, rubbing in that he was with Holly. Buzz walked away as Michelle hung up with Mel. The hospital was overflowing with accident victims from the storm. The hospital needed volunteers. They left for Cedars.
Buzz lay on a booth in the empty restaurant as Frank entered and asked if Buzz was okay. Buzz seemed down and spoke lethargically. He was alone and felt like something bad was going to happen that night --or maybe it was already happening -- "maybe here. And I just can't face the truth." Frank urged Buzz to tell Ed he was with Holly and that they were happy together.
Buzz felt he'd crossed a line with Ed, and maybe "I should let her go while the going's good." Holly had always had a connection with Ed -- they had a history together. Besides, Buzz was bad luck. Frank said so was Ed, and maybe by being with Holly, he was sparing her more pain. Frank suggested his father fight for the woman he loved. Frank left for work as Buzz contemplated his son's words.

Rescue workers tried to extract Richard from the crashed vehicle as Harley tried to keep a hysterical Cassie away from the site. Cassie was stubborn and called to Richard, "What happened?" Harley tried to make Cassie face reality, but Cassie resisted, "He is not dead!" An EMT found a pulse, and Cassie insisted on riding with Richard in the ambulance. She promised him they'd get through it; they'd only just begun their new life together.

Richard was taken into the hospital as Cassie saw Michelle and Ed and begged for help. Richard was taken to a room as Harley and Ed pulled Cassie away. He promised to tell her as soon as he knew anything. Cassie gave in and sank to the floor, saying, "Oh, my God." Harley comforted her.

When Ed exited Richard's room, Cassie asked if he'd be all right. Richard needed surgery, and Cassie was asked to sign forms. As she read the paperwork, she was stunned. "He could die?" she uttered. Ed promised the surgeons would do all they could. Cassie bent over Richard as he was rolled out on a gurney. She reminded him of their date and expected him to keep it. Cassie watched as he was taken to the OR. "See you soon. You promised," she said.

At the Bauer cabin, Rick was coughing and woke up to ask Mel if it was still raining. Rick seemed depressed and had difficulty breathing. Mel told him that they were going to get him a heart. Rick wanted to be realistic. Mel proposed a new idea that they have a normal day. Rick turned over to face her and said that it had been awhile since they'd had a normal day. Mel said no hospital talk or transplant talk, but they would talk about their life together.

As romantic music played in the background, Rick and Mel laughed and talked as they ate wedding cake. Mel wiped cake on Rick's face, and they laughed. They cleaned up the kitchen together as Rick put soapsuds on Mel's face. They played cards and gambled with chocolate kisses. Rick won a hand and tried to eat the chocolate. Rick kept telling Mel that she deserved better than "this." She told him how it was going to be with the five children and him returning home from work. Mel said, "If they can dream it, they can do it."

Mel answered the phone and found out from Michelle that there was a heart for Rick. Michelle told her that she needed to get to the hospital. Mel said she would get him there. She woke up Rick and told him that there was a heart. Rick hugged Mel. Mel tried to get the Spaulding helicopter, but the weather was too bad. As Mel looked outside, the thunder and lightning intensified. Mel said they had to get him to the hospital. She told Rick she would pull the car around. Mel entered and told Rick that the car wouldn't start.

At Company, Michelle asked Danny where Robbie was. She told Danny that it was overwhelming with all the accidents. She told him that she didn't know if she could do it or not, especially when a patient could not recover. She told Danny about Richard and how bad he was.

Holly told Blake that Richard was still in surgery. A reporter showed up to work with Holly and Blake on a charade that Blake had planned. Ross entered. Blake told Ross that they were not officially married. He wanted to know why he had woken up with her gone again. She told him he hadn't asked for her permission when he'd slept with Tory.

Harley entered. She told Blake that the basement where Tory had been imprisoned had gone up in flames, and she wanted to know if Blake had set the fire. Blake asked Ross if he thought she had done it, and he said it wouldn't be the first time she'd lied. Harley smelled Blake's napkin and smelled the hint of gasoline. Harley exited with Blake.

Carmen said it was nice that someone else was under arrest besides the Santos family. She told Danny that she was worried about him. Michelle got a page that a heart might be available. She exited. Danny tried to pay the check as Carmen begged him to stay. Danny told Carmen that he had spoken with Edmund about being threatened, and he had sent him on an elevator ride.

Outside Company, Danny talked to his hit man, and the man told Danny that he had taken care of everything. Carmen entered. Carmen wanted to know if she'd heard him call Danny "boss." Carmen wanted to know what he had done. Danny told her that he knew that she wanted him to take his place as head of the family. He told her that Edmund probably wasn't too happy at that moment.

At Cedars Hospital, Ed walked out to talk to Cassie and told her that Richard was still in surgery. As he left, he told Cassie he would get her when surgery was over. Reva and Josh entered. Reva embraced Cassie. Reva said their flight had been delayed, and they had gotten up that morning and heard the news. Cassie explained the accident.

Ed entered. Josh asked Ed about Richard. Ed said it wasn't very good. He said Richard's central nervous system was damaged, and most patients in that condition did not survive. However, the human spirit might keep him alive. Ed promised Josh he would stay close. Ed exited.

Cassie told Reva that the children didn't know. Cassie knew how hard it would be for Tammy. Cassie felt that if she had been with him, it wouldn't have happened, and she asked what kind of ambassador duties Richard would have been taking care of. Cassie exited. Reva was upset and told Josh that Richard should have told her about the car dealership job.

Josh told Reva that nobody could have prevented the accident. He embraced Reva. Richard was wheeled out as Cassie entered. Ed told Cassie that he would get her when they got Richard set up. Richard began to wake up. Ed told Richard who he was and where he was.

Richard asked for Cassie. He told Ed that he couldn't move. Ed went out to the waiting room and told Cassie that there was injury to Richard's spinal cord. That meant he was paralyzed from the waist down. Ed didn't know if Richard would live. Crying, Cassie said he would survive it. Cassie commented to Reva that the surgery had saved his life. She wanted reassurance from Reva.

Reva told Cassie that Richard was paralyzed, but Cassie could not accept it. A nurse told Cassie that she could go see Richard. Cassie bent down to Richard and kissed his forehead. She sat by his side and talked to him to let him know that she was there. Michelle entered. She wanted to give Richard's things to Cassie.

Reva and Josh entered. She pulled out a handkerchief that she gave him. Cassie reached out to touch Richard's hand. She opened his wallet and found pictures of Tammy, R.J., and Will. But then she noticed a car dealership card. Cassie figured it was the place he was going to buy her the car.

Michelle told Ed that they had found a heart for Rick. Ed said they needed to get there fast. Michelle told Danny and Ed that there was another man who was waiting on a heart, and he had five children. Ed said the other man was there in case Rick didn't make it to the hospital.

In the basement where Tory had been kept, Harley told Blake to stay there. Blake said she didn't need Ross's help. Gus entered. Harley told Gus about Richard. A reporter asked Harley if she had a statement about Blake and arson. A firefighter told Harley that there was a body in the basement. Blake told Harley that she didn't know what she was talking about. She told Blake that they had found a body in the basement, but Blake said that Tory was dead, and Blake had had nothing to do with it.

A firefighter told Harley he had identification from the dead body. Harley told Blake that the body they'd found was Tory Granger. Harley put Blake under arrest for the murder of Tory Granger. Blake and Harley exited. Gus wanted to know why Ross wasn't defending his wife. Everyone left the scene. In disguise, Tory asked the firefighter what had happened. He told her they'd found the body of Tory Granger.

At the Bauer Cabin, Mel attempted to try to start the car. Rick told her that he felt good as he continued to cough. They could not figure out how they were going to get to the hospital. Then Mel got a brainstorm. She got in the backseat and got the heart apparatus to try to jumpstart the car. She hooked it to the battery, and Rick started the car. They began on their journey to the hospital.

At the Spaulding mansion, while Beth tried to find Lorelei's diary, Phillip entered. As Beth was straightening the pillows on the couch, she told him that she was looking for a book. He offered to help, and she told him about the diary. She said it had disappeared, and she described the appearance of the diary. She explained that it was about people she didn't know and that she didn't remember. She felt that it might help her to remember.

Phillip commented that he wanted Beth to do what she wanted to do, but he hated for her to get that information in her head. He told her it didn't matter because they were together with the kids, and Rick was going to get a heart. He wanted to concentrate on the present not what she had done months before. He said he was worried about her because he didn't want her to be Lorelei again. She agreed, but she still wanted to know what was behind her.

Felicia entered. She needed to cancel her appointment because Mel and Rick were on their way to the hospital. Beth exited to get her daybook to reschedule the appointment. Phillip said that he wanted to talk to Mel about Beth's therapy. He was afraid that she was making things worse.

Beth gave Bill the Beacon file. She told him that she was sorry for not telling him because it was hard to admit that she didn't remember things. She wondered if Lorelei had mentioned a diary to him. Bill replied that he couldn't imagine Lorelei writing a diary. Beth wanted Bill to tell her about Lorelei. He told Beth how wild and fun Lorelei had been. He mentioned how he and Lorelei had danced all night long. Bill knew that she could remember. Phillip entered in time to hear Bill's comment.

Olivia was reading the diary at Company, and Bill entered. He told her that he had received a call from the insurance company and that the generator had been tampered with at the Beacon Hotel. He told her that the insurance wouldn't cover the damage because it had been sabotage. She told him to swing by the house and pick up the papers. Alan entered and wanted to know if she was stirring up another plan. She told him about the insurance.

Bill told her to not call Cassie because Richard had been in a terrible car accident. Alan said that was why he was there -- because Richard was paralyzed. Bill exited. Alan asked Olivia if she had work to do. Olivia reminded him that she had been engaged to Richard at one time. Alan said she had her priorities right and wondered when she was going to strike. Olivia replied she couldn't do that to Cassie right at that moment.

Alan said that was what Olivia wanted, full control of the Beacon. She told him that there were some lines she wouldn't cross. Alan didn't believe her because her desire for dominance was always there. Olivia denied it. She told him that he needed a dancing dog to roll over when he snapped his fingers. She commented that she would not be controlled. She exited.

At Cedars Hospital, Dr. Ethan Pierce talked to Ed about the heart transplant. Ed told him that his son was having difficulty in getting there. Dr. Pierce said he would have to check with the other recipient. Dr. Piece told the other recipient's wife that if Rick weren't there in the next five minutes, the heart would be given to her husband. Rick entered. Mel exited to go to the ER.

Ed told Rick that the lady was the backup recipient's wife. Ed told the lady that he was sorry. He took them to her husband. The little boy went to Rick and wanted to know if Rick was going to get the heart that his dad was supposed to receive. Rick said yes. The little boy left.

Rick stopped a nurse and told her to get the other heart candidate's chart. Mel and Felicia entered, and Mel told Rick it was time. She asked whose chart Rick had. Rick told them it was a patient that was very ill. He told them that he felt better. Mel and Felicia exited.

Ed entered and told Rick that he was running a fever. Ed told him that they couldn't operate on him because he had a 103 fever, so the heart had to go to the backup recipient. Ed exited to talk to Dr. Pierce. Mel told Rick that they had canceled the surgery. She was upset because the heart was going to someone else, and she could not understand why he had a fever.

Rick told Mel about the man's son and how he had looked at him. Mel figured out that Rick had faked a fever and was upset that he had given up the opportunity. Mel screamed that she wanted to know why he was doing that and demanded to know how he could give up the heart. Mel exited.

At the office at Inferno, Tony was looking in the mirror at himself, remembering what he had done to Marah. Father Ray entered and wanted to know what was going on with the broken furniture and Tony's bandaged hand. Tony told Ray to get out of his face. Tony screamed and said it was Marah. He said that everybody was right about him. Ray got Tony by the collar and said he had better not have hurt Marah.

Father Ray reminded Tony of his bad temper, and he said he thought Tony loved Marah. Tony told him to leave God out of it, because God had never been there. Ray kept asking Tony why. Tony told Father Ray about Romeo and Marah and said he had found out it was true that Marah had slept with Romeo while Tony was in jail. Ray wanted to know if there was a way to get past it.

Tony told Ray that he wanted to hurt Marah and punish her, so he had tried to rape her. Breathing heavily, Tony said he hated her as much as he hated himself. As they looked at the messy office, Ray told Tony that what he had done was wrong. Tony told Ray that he was going back to being bad -- where he belonged.

As Tony was taking a drink, Josh grabbed him by the collar. Screaming at Tony, he said that he thought he would protect Marah even after he gave him a job. Josh said Tony definitely was a Santos and always would be. He didn't want Tony to speak to Marah ever again. Tony wanted to know if Josh wanted to fight, and Josh said that if he got started, he wouldn't stop until he was finished. He said that Tony wasn't worth it. Josh exited. Aloud, Tony screamed, "Marah," and wondered why.

At the Lewis house, Shayne was trying to call Josh because of Marah, who was sitting on a chair. After he hung up the phone, he was told that they had not checked into the hotel in New York. He got a blanket to put on Marah and told her he wouldn't leave her. Josh entered. He saw Marah and wanted to know what had happened. He told Shayne he would take over from there. Shayne exited.

Josh wanted to know who had done that to Marah. He looked at the bruises on Marah's body. She told him that he had been right about everything and about Tony. She finally admitted that Tony had done it to her. As she cried, Josh held her. Josh wanted to know exactly what had happened. She told Josh that Tony was breaking up with her. Josh said that was no excuse, and he was going to call the police. Marah said no because it was over.

Josh wanted Marah to go upstairs, take a hot shower, and get some rest because he wanted to think about it. Marah exited. Shayne entered. Shayne told Josh that he knew that Josh wasn't going to let Tony get away with that. Josh told Shayne to stay there, take care of his sister, and not let anyone in the house. Josh exited.

Marah put all the clothes she'd had on in the fire in the fireplace. She burned all her mementos of Tony. She noticed the necklace and thought about it. As she cried, she threw the necklace in the fire.

Outside Company, Blake and Harley talked about their plan to trap Tory. Blake started to question if their plan was going to work. Harley insisted that it would and that they needed to get inside to get the plan rolling. Inside Company, Ross was being interviewed by WSPR about Blake's bail. Ross claimed he had nothing to say on the matter and that he would like to be left alone to drink his coffee. The interviewer continued to ask Ross who had set the bail for Blake. Ross said that they could think it was him if they wanted but not to ask whether he thought Blake was innocent or not.

Just then, Blake stepped in and said, "Go ahead and ask him." She and Ross started to fight about whether Blake was innocent, and Harley stepped in and begged them to stop and to keep their voices down. All the while, the cameraman was taping them. They got mad and stormed out of Company. Outside, they hid behind some bushes and talked about how good their acting was. They hoped that Tory saw the broadcast.

At the Spaulding mansion, Beth and Bill were talking about what kind of woman Lorelei was -- about how fun she was -- and Beth said she wished she were more like that. Bill retorted that she was and that somewhere in the back of her mind, she had to remember him and her. Just then, Phillip walked in and wasn't thrilled to see Bill there. He asked what Bill was doing there, and Bill said he'd stopped by for the papers for the Beacon. Beth left to get something to eat, and while she was gone, Phillip made some rude comments to Bill about the fact that Olivia had an office and that in the real world, that was where "big boys" did business.

Phillip commented about the fact that Bill would be going back to Texas, and Bill said he was not so sure because he was beginning to fall in love with Springfield all over again, and then he walked out. Beth returned, found Bill gone, and asked Phillip what those comments had been for. She asked why he was treating Bill like a little boy. Phillip said he was a little boy.

Beth defended Bill and started to realize that Phillip was jealous. She started to tease Phillip about it, and they ended up kissing and laughing about it. Beth asked Phillip if a person without a past could have a future, and Phillip said he was not sure. She said it was hard because she'd been thinking about Lorelei a lot and had dreams about her.

At the hospital, Cassie sat and talked to Richard about their wedding day. She told him that she remembered how much he loved her and that they would dance at their 50th wedding anniversary. Outside the room, Reva and Josh talked about the fact that Cassie was fooling herself if she thought Richard would make it because the chances were very slim. Reva commented on how bad she felt that she hadn't told Cassie about Richard's job at the car dealership. Josh told her to wait until the time was right to tell Cassie about it.

Josh handed Reva some pictures of the wedding, and she opened them and found pictures of Richard and Cassie. Cassie walked out, took the pictures, and said how wonderful Richard looked in them. She asked if she could take them into the room to show Richard. She started setting up the pictures in Richard's room, trying to make it feel more like home for him.

Cassie said that she knew of some good pictures in his wallet and went to get them out; she found a note in the wallet. The note was a "to-do" list. She read it: Buy present for R.J; Call McBride to confirm car deal, get final price. She said that calling that man should be simple enough to do for Richard, so she got on the phone and found out that the note wasn't about a car Richard was buying from McBride. It was about the fleet of cars Richard was selling to McBride. Cassie insisted there was some mistake and that her husband didn't sell cars.

Cassie got off the phone and pulled out the car dealership card from Richard's wallet. She called down there, and the man said Richard had been working for him for about a month. She was very confused and told Reva what the men had said; Reva confirmed it. Cassie insisted that Richard was not a liar, and Reva continued to tell her how Richard had planned to tell Cassie the truth after he returned from Chicago. Cassie was angry that Richard would tell Reva something so personal and not her. She demanded that Reva tell her everything she knew from the beginning.

At Harley's house, Gus was trying to clean. He reached down under the couch and found the CD with the picture of the brunette woman. He thought back to his conversation with Harley about his juvenile record. He wondered what the CD was doing on the floor. He set it aside and found the remote control to the television and turned it on.

Gus saw the live broadcast at Company and the fight between Ross and Blake. He found out that Blake had been let out on bail and wondered why he hadn't been informed of it. He left to find out what was going on.

At the Marler house, Harley was there and went in the kitchen. Blake and Ross were hugging and telling each other that their plan had to work. Blake said how much she missed the children and that she hated pretending to be mad at him. Ross said it would soon be over, and the children would be home.

Then the doorbell rang, and it was Gus. He walked in, and Blake asked him to leave, but he didn't. Just then, Harley yelled from the other room that nobody was going to catch on to what they were doing, not even Gus. As she was saying that, she walked into the living room and found Gus standing there.

Gus and Harley went home to Harley's house, and he was furious. She begged him to talk about it with her, and he asked why she hadn't been honest with him. He was honest with her, and she had claimed it was what their relationship had to be built on. She asked him to cut her some slack and said that she had a lot on her mind between Cassie, and Rick and Blake. She said she hadn't been making the best decisions. He asked if it was a ploy to get him to move out, and if it was, he would gladly do it. She couldn't believe he would say that and she got upset. She got a garbage bag and said she was going to help him pack his stuff.

Back at the Marler house, Blake sat alone, watching the news broadcast of her, Ross, and Harley's performance. She commented to herself about what a good job they had done. Just then, she looked up, and Tory was standing there. Tory said, "Well, if it's not the murderous witch herself. Hi Blake -- miss me?"
