Theresa pleads with Gwen to have Little Ethan (LE) tested to see if he is a qualified donor and asks her if she is willing to let Jonathan die just to keep her from Ethan. Gwen tells Theresa that she does not want Jonathan to die, and Theresa takes that as a go ahead to tell Ethan the truth about LE. She tries calling out for Ethan, but Gwen stops her and tells her that she will never let her get back together with Ethan. Gwen thinks that she has found an alternative on the internet, but Theresa thinks that it's worthless information. Gwen blames Theresa for her predicament with Jonathan and tells her that she is trying to kill her baby. Theresa thinks that Gwen is off her rockers and states that Jonathan was already ill before being admitted to the hospital. Theresa threatens to tell Ethan the truth regardless of what Gwen thinks. Gwen tells Theresa that she, Ethan, and Jonathan will be together, and there is nothing that she can do to prevent it. In addition, she tells Theresa that if she goes to Ethan, she will make a call to Mexico, and she and Pilar's lives will be over.

Tabitha continues to spread evil over Harmony, and Kay keeps trying to get in her way. Tabitha gets word that death is coming to Harmony, and Kay blames her. Tabitha makes it very clear that the dark side is the one that's bringing death to Harmony. Tabitha tells Kay that two people are going to die in Harmony, and she tells Kay that even if she tells her, there is nothing she can do about it. Tabitha tells Kay that Pilar and Theresa are going to die. She tries to explain death to Kay because Kay seems to think that it can be prevented. She tells Kay that once it's time to go, death will come to the person, and it can't be prevented. Kay thinks that she can use "love" to prevent Pilar and Theresa from dying since it‘s more powerful than death. Tabitha tells her once more that death cannot be prevented.

Noah tries to explain to Paloma what happened between him and Fancy, and Paloma slaps him. Noah makes another attempt by telling her that his actions may have been contributed to all the supernatural goings on in Harmony. He gives the Timmy doll and other strange things as examples. Paloma wants to believe Noah, but it all seems so real to her, and she thinks that it makes no sense whatsoever. Noah asks Paloma to please trust in their love, and she is willing to give it a try.

Luis begins to get suspicious after Pretty blurts out something that happened in the motel between him and Sheridan. He is wondering how Pretty knows and is convinced that she is working for Alistair. Pretty lies to Luis and tells him that Fancy is the one who tells her about Spike. Luis buys it. Luis tries to find a way to get out of the locked room, and Pretty prevents it. Pretty pities herself in order for Luis to feel sympathetic towards her. Luis tells Pretty to stop focusing so much on her scar and she will realize how beautiful she is. Pretty feels pity for Luis and his loss of Marty, but she realizes her main objective is to get Luis to sleep with her. Luis tells her that she is beautiful but cannot sleep with her; however, Pretty manages to convince Luis and starts kissing him. Luis responds and kisses her back.

As Ethan prays for his son, Theresa and Pilar struggle to understand how Gwen could knowingly put baby Jonathan's life in such jeopardy. Theresa searches for any way she can help save Ethan's son but Pilar reminds her daughter that if Theresa goes against Gwen's wishes, Pilar's whole family will be killed.

As Noah tries to convince Paloma that nothing is going on with him and Fancy, they search for clues on the whereabouts of Luis, Miguel and Endora. They try their luck at Tabitha's house and discover a book of magic spells. Could this be what was used on Noah and Fancy? Paloma thinks there's one way to find out....

Still trapped in the warehouse basement, a hesitant Luis is slowly drawn in by Pretty's advances. Luis is affected when he learns that Pretty is a virgin and is furious with Alistair for putting Pretty in such a situation. Pretty sobs to Luis of her desire for romance and how she feels too ugly for any man to love, while Luis tells her how much he admires her and assures her of her beauty. As the two prisoners bond, and with the help of an inadvertent magic spell cast by Noah and Paloma, Pretty and Luis start to make love.

Fancy opens up to Esme, tells her about finding herself in bed with Noah and not knowing how she got in there. Esme as empathetic as she can be, reminds Fancy that at least someone isn't killing Fancy's boyfriends. Fancy can't locate and Luis or her Aunt Sheridan and worries that they may be together.

Julian checks Eve into rehab, hoping to dry her out so she can take back control of her life. But we see the danger to Eve as Vincent hovers in the background, laughing to himself over what he has planned for his poor mother...

At rehab, Vincent restrains Eve and tempts her with booze, knowing that no one will believe a word she says as long as they think she's a drunk. But when Eve fights him off and pleads with him to tell Julian the truth, Vincent realizes the only way to protect his identity, and his baby, is to kill his mother!

Julian tries to get Eve off his mind by making love to Esme, unaware of the deadly threat all of her lovers face.

Fancy is aghast when she's sent a video on her PDA of Luis and Pretty making love!

Ethan overhears that Theresa has found a viable liver donor for Jonathan and is overjoyed. But when Theresa lies her way out of the situation, Ethan accuses her of letting her hatred of Gwen affect her feelings for Jonathan. Meanwhile, Gwen searches for holistic cures for Jonathan, unwilling to tell Ethan that Little Ethan is his son.

Theresa is in an impossible position, as she knows she can save Jonathan's life, but because of Gwen's threat against her family, Theresa is unable to come forward. After much agonizing, Theresa tells Pilar she needs to find a way to let Little Ethan be Jonathan's donor - without Ethan and Gwen ever knowing who the donor is. Ethan overhears, asking what she meant about finding a match. Theresa is forced to cover with an excuse about earrings and Ethan is hurt and outraged that she cares about something so trivial when his son is so sick. Theresa desperately wishes she could clear up this misunderstanding - but she can't...

In Mexico, Pilar's sworn enemy, Juanita, gets some kind of word on Pilar that she finds very encouraging, while back in Harmony, a delusional Gwen is sure Jonathan will be fine without a transplant. She can't risk having Little Ethan tested and Ethan finding out the truth they've been keeping from him and losing him to Theresa.

Luis and Pretty continue to make love to earn their freedom from Alistair. Fancy watches on her PDA, heartbroken at what she believes is Luis' betrayal. She turns off the PDA just as Luis tells Pretty how sorry he is that her first time making love isn't with someone who loves her, that his heart belongs to Fancy.

Down at the wharf, Tabitha is irritated by the idea of Christmas - she hates the holiday and misses Timmy and Endora. She remembers past Christmases of Norma coming to kill her and the crazy antics that always followed. She's relieved at least she won't have to deal with that this year but is soon surprised when she stumbles on Norma and Edna at their new jobs as Santa and his Elf. Tabitha's mood turns as she sees this as a good opportunity to stir up some evil.
