The bartender at the Crossroads has one of Viki's earrings. He places an ad in the Banner for Viki's lost earring. Viki has a matchbook from the Crossroads and she calls the bar about her earring and the woman who answers the phone lies to Viki and tells her that her earring isn't there and the bartender Ben that she asked for didn't work there anymore. Viki walks out to her car and throws the matchbook from the Crossroads away. Dorian was following her and she takes the matchbook out of the trash.
Jessica is talking about the adoption and Asa overhears her and throws a fit. Asa tells Jessica that the baby can live at his mansion. Viki tells Jessica not to let Asa pressure her, it's her decision what to do about the baby.
Lindsay tells Will that she likes Bo, but she assures him that there is nothing going on between her and Bo. Bo and Lindsay have a date for dinner on Valentines Day.
Dorian is sitting with R.J. and she wants him to follow Viki. R.J. tells Dorian that he will not follow Viki. R.J. invites Téa to come to Club Indigo for Valentines Day. Roseanne warns R.J. that Téa is real good about breaking hearts. R.J. tells Roseanne that Téa is just a friend. John Sykes asks Téa out again, this time for Valentines Day, and she accepts.
Roseanne has a plan to rent a suite at the hotel for her and Will, Cristian is worried about Will taking advantage of her. Cristian is angry about Jessica's pregnancy and about Will going to birthing classes with Jessica.

At Roseanne's Room at the Palace...
Roseanne adds some finishing touches to the bed in the suite and looks at it with pride. Will enters the room and she greets with Happy Valentine's day. She tells him that they have that room for the whole night. They declare their love for one another.
At the Palace Hallway...
Téa, reviewing her bill from the front desk, runs into Kelly. Téa tells her she has a date with John. Kelly tells her that she plans on spending the evening alone. Téa reminds her about her drinking spree with Max at Club Indigo and asks if she was drinking when she printed the Club Indigo ad.
At Club Indigo...
R.J. is furious about the club's ad in The Sun- "Club Indigo: A Place for Losers" (it's supposed to be 'lovers'). Max tries to cover for Kelly's misprint and teases R.J. about his crush on Téa. Dorian walks in and wants to talk to only R.J. She tries to hire R.J. to follow Viki for her.
At the Crossroads...
Ben reads the Banner checking to see if his ad in the personals about the earring is in there. He asks the waitress, Sophie, if 'Blondie' has called about the earring.
At the Banner...
Kevin's workload is taking it's toll on him. Viki tries to console him, as it's obvious that he's thinking about Cassie. He tells his mother that at least when someone dies, you can mourn them, but in his case, she's still alive but they cannot be together. Viki then tells him that work will not help him and that he should hire someone to help him with his work. Blair walks in fresh from an assignment (the finals of the Mud Wrestling championship). Viki is shocked to see that Blair is who Kevin hired ("You're kidding. Your hired her?"). Kevin explains to his mother why he hired Blair. Viki then warns Blair that she will not put up with her antics and also tells Kevin that Blair is his responsibility.
Jessie feels alone since she thinks that only her father thought of her during Valentine's Day. Cris arrives with a single rose in tow.
At Roseanne and Will's Room...
Roseanne and Will's evening is put on hold because Will has to go to Lamaze class with Jessie. She then gives him his Valentine's gift- condoms- so that he wouldn't have to stop to get some on his way back. He then gives her his gift- a necklace. They agree to continue their evening when he gets back from the birthing class. He leaves.
At Club Indigo...
Dorian shows R.J. the Crossroads matchbook and pesters him to do the job. R.J. tells Dorian that she has to stop bottling up her feelings about Mel's death. She leaves, but runs into Kelly on her way out. Kelly greets her aunt, but Dorian tells her that she is nothing to her and leaves. Kelly tells R.J. that the ad misprint is Max's fault. He asks her if she came all the way to the club because of the misprint or for Max. Téa walks into the Club- to R.J.'s delight. They both talk about the typo in the ad. She tells him that she has a date with John. R.J. isn't happy to see that John is Téa's date. Max tells Kelly that he has the original ad in his office- to prove her wrong and that it was her fault. They both go to Max's office. R.J. mans the bar alone as he looks and Téa and John.
At the Banner...
Cris greets Jessie happy Valentine's day. They promise to each other that next year will be better for them. They decide to meet at the gallery after his show and after her Lamaze class.
At the Crossroads...
Ben is upset that the person to relieve him at the bar hasn't arrived yet. Sophie teases him about the earring mystery. Dorian walks into the bar- very unimpressed with the place. She finds a table and tries to tidy it up. She asks Sophie if she knew Viki, handing her a $20 at the same time. Naturally, Sophie says she does because Viki is Todd Manning's sister. Dorian asks Sophie if Viki has been in the bar lately, again handing another $20. Sophie again takes the money and says she's not sure. Dorian finally realizes that the waitress has never seen Viki there at all and decides to ask the bartender about Viki.
At the Banner...
Kevin and Viki cannot find Blair. Jessie and Viki talk about Will being a part of the baby's birth. They talk about romance and how silly/romantic the personals can be. Viki asks Jessie to read one to her and it starts out "To Blondie"- which dumfounds Viki.
At Club Indigo...
Blair, all dressed up, walks in and is greeted by R.J. Blair asks about Max and R.J. tells her that he is with Kelly. That surprises Blair. Téa and John's date seems to be one-sided: John is loving every minute of it, but Téa seems distracted. He tells her that he is ready for a relationship and asks her if she is, too. Blair confronts Max and Kelly who just came out of his office. Blair accuses them is getting ready to file for bankruptcy. But Max tells her that he and Kelly are sleeping together. Kelly is shocked with Max's statement. But Blair tells him that even Kelly is not that stupid.
At the Crossroads...
Dorian asks Sophie again is she is sure she hasn't seen Viki in that bar. Sophie then tells her that if she did she would ask Viki to get Todd's autograph for her. Dorian then tells her that she will ask the bartender. Sophie warns Dorian that he is unstable and might hurt her. Dorian decides to leave. Ben asks Sophie what Dorian wanted and she tells him that she wasn't asking about him.
At the Banner and other parts of Llanview...
Will arrives to take Jessie to the Lamaze class. They reaffirm their plans to give the baby up for adoption. They leave. Kevin sits in his desk and orders a dozen red roses for Cassie in Switzerland, but does not want to send a card, as long as she knows that someone is thinking about her on Valentine's Day. Zach informs Kevin that the blizzard will actually hit Llanview. He looks at her picture and walks to the window and stares out at the snow falling. (At that moment, a Vanessa Williams song comes on).
Out in a rest area near the Crossroads bar, Dorian can't seem to get her car started and is stuck and her cel phone is dead, too. She reaches for something in the glove compartment and sees Mel's picture. She gently touches it and reflects on Mel.
In Roseanne's room, Roseanne, looks and her lingerie that she has ready and then looks at the necklace that Will gave her.
At Club Indigo, R.J. looks on as it looks like John and Téa are enjoying their date as they dance.
Kelly walks away as Max and Blair exchange looks. Blair walks away from Max disgusted. Max looks at Blair as she walks away.
At the Crossroads...
Ben is angry that Charlie has not come in yet to relieve him. Someone enters the bar and Ben thinks it's Charlie. But to his surprise- it's 'Blondie'!!

As I begin this recap, I apologize to those who may like Bo and Lindsay together. I personally cannot abide her, she gets on my last nerve. And now that it's been pointed out to me that Sam licks his lips all the time, that's all I can see when he comes on! Here goes:
Dorian's Car
Dorian is stuck in her car in the storm, talking to Mel's picture and thinking of Viki, at home out of the storm.
The Bar
Viki has come back to the bar for her earring. When the Ben goes to get it, he finds it missing and asks Sophie where it is. Sophie feigns innocence and when there is no sign of it, the bartender offers "Blondie" a drink.
The Palace
Renee greets Asa with a kiss. She tries to get rid of him, but he sees Bo and Lindsay together.
Bo spies Asa from across the room and mentions his presence to Lindsay. Lindsay insincerely tells Bo she's sorry she's causing trouble for him and his family. Bo apologizes to Lindsay for Asa's behavior. Bo and Lindsay talk about the storm, but the talk inevitably winds up about Nora and Sam.
The Inn
Nora and Sam arrive at the inn and are shown to a room called "The Cupid Suite." Nora asks Sam what he had in mind, what were they running from?
Lamaze Class
The Lamaze instructor is describing childbirth as a wonderful, intimate experience, making Jessica and Will uncomfortable.
The Bar
Viki tells Ben that she came back for her earring. He says he'll look for the earring, but Viki wants to get home before the storm gets worse. Sophie, who was on the phone, tells her she's not going anywhere, the storm is getting worse. Viki goes to make a phone call. While she's gone, he asks Sophie what she's done with it. She denies taking it and he presses on, reminding her about her comments on the earring's worth. Sophie asks if it's really about the earring, or something else?
The Inn
Sam says he's not keeping anything from Nora. Nora asks him again for the truth. She says he looks scared, and she's worried. Sam says he could never get anything by her, but the less she knows, the safer she'll be. Sam has Nora get in bed to rest. Sam then tells her that in the past he stirred up a hornet's nest, and he thinks he stirred it up again. He tells her he saw a person he refused to defend at his father's funeral. Nora realizes that Sam's hand injury has something to do with the "person" and reminds him of her experience with Todd and her refusal to defend him. Sam says it might just be paranoia, all he cares about is that the people he cares about are safe. Nora says he still hasn't told her what he's afraid of. Sam says he's told her too much already.
Dorian's Car
Dorian tries to keep herself awake by listening to the radio and cracking open a window. Her car dies. She knows she has half a tank of gas, but the car won't start.
The Palace
Hank and Lisa enter the restaurant and approach Bo and Nora. They talk about the storm and Lindsay wonders about Will and excuses herself so she can call him (Doesn't the woman let up? Isn't Will an adult!). Lisa excuses herself so Hank and Bo can talk. Hank asks Bo what the deal is with Lindsay. Bo says "it's not like that." Hanks tells Bo that Nora is moving on, why shouldn't Bo? (I have to say Hank's loyalties really suck). Bo asks Hank what that means, he doesn't want to be the last to know again. Hank says he's talked to Rachel; she tried to get a hold of her Mom but there was no answer. They agree she's being well taken care of, and they both know by whom.
Lindsay comes back to the dining room and Asa stops her. Asa warns Lindsay, Bo will always love Nora. As he tries to go on, Bo rescues Lindsay. Bo tells Asa that he's moving on with his life and defends Lindsay. Asa tells Bo that he won't be blind for long, he'll soon see what a snake in the grass Lindsay really is (go Asa!). Bo tells Lindsay she doesn't have to listen to Asa; Lindsay tells Bo it doesn't bother her (but it obviously does).
The Inn
Sam tells Nora that she knows the real him. They discuss Sam's father and the parallels between them. They discuss Will and his current living arrangements. They have a really boring conversation about "this baby" and have a tender moment, but then Nora draws away. Nora wants to know what Sam expects from her. Sam says he expects to take care of Nora and the baby. Nora says that wasn't what she was asking. Sam knows what she is asking and says he really wants her to be happy, and if that means with Bo, then so be it.
The Lamaze Class
The Lamaze instructor instructs Will to gently massage Jessica's tummy. Will is into it, but Jessica is not.
The Bar
Viki is unable to make her phone call because of the storm. She returns to the bar and she and Ben make conversation about their children. He speculates about Viki's life and she looks on with interest.
Sophie looks on from across the room and takes out Dorian's business card. She puts it back in her pocket.
Viki and Ben start to talk and the conversation turns to pregnancy and unwed mothers. Viki gets upset as he makes crude comments about unwed mothers. He begins to asks her more questions and Viki refuses to answer. She gets up and leaves the bar.
The Palace Restaurant
For someone who isn't bothered by Asa's remarks, Lindsay goes on and on about how Asa mistreats her. Bo compliments Lindsay and she coyly says hasn't heard compliments in a long time. They talk about Clint and she says she truly cared for him. Lindsay starts to talk about marriage and how your partner can disappointment you (nothing like driving in the stake deeper) and as she talks she starts to fondle Bo's hand. Lisa and Hank approach and interrupt the moment.
Lisa tells Bo that she's going back to the station because of the storm. Bo volunteers to go, but Lisa says she'll call if he's needed. Bo sits down with Lindsay. Lindsay asks if he's needed and Bo says he thinks they'll be able to get through the rest of dinner with interruptions. Lindsay says she doesn't think she can make that much conversation; Bo says who says they have to talk and moves in for a kiss (I couldn't watch), but the restaurant lights go out (hooray for the storm!). Bo apologizes and Lindsay says she'll be ordering an expensive dessert because he'll be picking up the tab. Bo apologizes again and they gaze at each other.
The Inn
Apologies abound because Nora is apologizing to Sam for making things tough for him. Nora goes on to say that there may be no future for her and Bo, but all she can think about is "this baby." She again asks if this is where Sam wants to be and he answers yes. Nora is suddenly unsettled by the storm. Sam reassures her and licks his lips.
The Lamaze Class
Will and Jessica leave the class and are about to get on the elevator when the instructor asks them if they want to stay for the get together. They tell her they have other plans and get on the elevator. Will and Jessica discuss their respective plans (hers with Cristian, his with Roseanne) when the elevator suddenly stops. They realize they're struck.
The Bar
Ben tells Sophie he wants the earring back. Sophie tells him that "Blondie's" never coming back when the door suddenly opens; it's Viki. He apologizes to her and she stops him, telling him the only reason she's back is because the roads are blocked.
Dorian's Car
Dorian pounds the steering wheel in frustration. She has no phone and the car won't start. She begins to panic and yells for help.

Jessica and Will, taking an elevator out of the hospital, begin to open up to each other. She tells Will that she's so mean sometimes because she's confused. At times, she feels like she enjoys the mom and family gig, but then her bubble breaks and she realizes she's Jessica Buchanan--young and unmarried. Will asks her if she's begun to consider keeping the baby. She starts to answer, but the elevator stops and the lights go out.
While Will was stuck in the elevator, Roseanne, clad in black lingerie, becomes desperate as she waits for her love to knock on the door. As she walks around a fancy room filled with balloons, she hears a knock. Unfortunately, it's Cristian. She whines to him and rips off her necklace. "Why does everyone who ever loves me leave me?" she asks, deep in melodrama. As Cristian tries to comfort her, they share a long, passionate kiss.
As the storm blows through Llanview, Bo was at the reins, directing everyone on what to do and who to help. As he works, Nora rests in a room with Sam. They talk and he says he is ecstatic she is the mother of his child. They realize that they must walk down the parenthood road together now. Nora asks Sam if he wants his name on the birth certificate. He, of course, says yes. Nora panics as she realizes she's feeling labor pains...and not good ones.

Crossroads Bar
Viki is in the Bar talking with the Ben, the bartender who she likes and can't stay away from, discussing weather. A guy comes up to Viki, sits down at her table and wants to talk to her. Viki asks him politely to leave. When she sees he's not going to leave she says to him, "do you have any children." He responds to her as Ben sees what's happening and manhandles the man and puts him out of the Bar. Viki says, "I can take care of myself" and he didn't have to do anything to help her.
Dorian, trapped in her car during the storm, calls out for help.
Elevator Shaft
Will and Jessica trapped in an elevator at the hospital. The elevator has fallen down, lights flickering on and off, as they talk about the baby. Will reassures her that the baby will be fine. She's definitely panicking.
Police Station
Lights out, Lindsay comes in and announces that she's brought food for everyone in the station (she really came to see Bo). She wants to help, she says to Bo. Bo said "what did you do, walk over in the storm?" Meantime, Bo gets a call about someone stranded in an elevator, he runs out the door saying he won't let anyone get hurt and he will take care of it himself. John Sykes is talking about the storm to Téa and she says she's been kicked out into worse weather, naked. They discuss Todd, Téa can't get over Todd. Sykes says it takes time.
R.J. walks in saying he can't find Dorian, no one says anything about her or seems willing to help. The auxiliary lights come back on in the station and everyone's glad. A cop comes in and throws his keys to a snowplow on the desk and walks away, R.J. picks them up and leaves.
Motel
Nora and Sam talking about the storm and Nora is having labor pains. He says don't worry, I will take care of you two (the baby and her). Sam tells her he has to go and get help and he leaves her and goes out in the storm. Nora is truly suffering.
Palace (Roseanne's Hotel Room)
Cristian and Roseanne are having a ball enjoying each other's kisses, angry at their mates, Will and Jessica. Roseanne thinks that Will doesn't love her, so she's crying on Cristian's shoulder as usual, "no one stays with me, they all go away", she says. He reassures her that everything will be alright as they continue to kiss. Renee knocks on the door and warns them about the storm and the lights and says she has an auxiliary light available in the hotel and won't they come downstairs for some heat. The say no to her and try to get rid of her as Renee says to Roseanne, "I have something to talk to you about alone", Roseanne says, I have no secrets from Cristian, so Renee says, its the matter about your hotel bill, Téa says she's not paying it. Roseanne says she will take care of it and Renee leaves and Roseanne slams the door behind her. Cristian says, I bet Will and Jessica are in the storm and Will can't get here.
Elevator
Will tries to get Jessica to relax in the fallen elevator as she whines and complains. She's worrying about the baby. The elevator falls again, Jess prays. Bo is on the case, he and the other cops are above in the elevator shaft. Bo is taking charge, Lindsay is right beside him. She says "be careful Bo", as he is lowered down the shaft by rope.
Motel
Sam returns to the place where Nora is and wraps her in a blanket and tells her to breathe deeply, "hoo, hoo, hee, hee", he pants. Nora tries to laugh, but she's in so much pain. Sam says, this baby comes from good stock.
Crossroads Bar
Viki says to Ben, I will leave as soon as the snow lets up. He's worried about Viki. He's pumping her with questions trying to find out who she really is and why she's being so mysterious. Viki won't reveal anything about her life, she's having fun not revealing her true identity to him. Ben asks her "do you like to have fun."
Dorian is now asleep in her car. R.J. finds her and looks in her car and shouts out to her, awakening her. She is so happy to see him as he helps her get out of the car.
Elevator
Will is holding Jessica close in the elevator and still reassuring her that she's been doing a good job with her pregnancy. The elevator falls a little more and she panics. Bo hollers out to them. Bo is going to rescue them.
Motel
Sam carries Nora outside and she screams out in excruciating pain as he cradles her in his arms.
Palace (Roseanne's Hotel Room)
Cristian is talking to Roseanne and she is complaining again about her being deserted by everyone and that every time they kiss something bad happens to them, remember the first time they kissed Will and Jessica were making a baby.
Elevator
Bo asks them to hold on as Will is helping Jessica go up the rope. He's next.
Motel
Sam returns and tells Nora that the hospital is only a few blocks away. Nora says that she's only 7 months she should not be having contractions.
Llanview Hospital
Jessica is out of the elevator and worried about Will. Will is pulled out safely and Lindsay hugs him. Next, Bo comes out of the elevator shaft after saving Jessica and Will. Lindsay is waiting and thanks Bo.
Crossroads
Some guys are singing and Viki is still there enjoying the place with Ben, she's having fun. Viki explains to Ben her idea of having fun. Ben wants her to sing, he stands up and announces to everyone that "Blondie" is going to sing, the crowd cheers her on.
Police Station
Téa, still there wanting to help out, says to Sykes that he's a tough cop. He says, you don't have to be afraid of me. Téa says, "I know." As she's looking at some pictures, she sees a picture of Todd, she looks up at Sykes on the phone and starts crying about Todd.
Hospital
Will, Jessica and Lindsay are at the hospital, Lindsay is very grateful to Bo for getting Will out of the elevator shaft. Bo is happy as well and hugs Lindsay as Sam comes in holding Nora in his arms. He hollers out, "she's in labor", as Bo and Lindsay look on in astonishment.
Crossroads
Viki gets up and takes the microphone and calls on to "Niki" to help her. She begins to sing, "I will survive", the crowd cheers her on and everyone's clapping. Ben is amazed at her singing ability.
Police Station
Sykes is on the phone assisting someone in need as Téa watches and listens to him. She says "I like you John Sykes, is it enough for now?" He says, "I'm not going anywhere" and smiles.
R.J. and Dorian are discussing the facts, that she does not have a friend in Llanview except him. He said, I went to the police station and asked about you and no one cared. Dorian is mad at R.J. for not coming to her rescue to help her get Viki. Dorian says, "Viki has to pay for Mel's death." They go back to the police station and R.J. sees Téa smiling warmly in John Sykes face and he's is clearly disappointed and makes statements to Dorian as they look on. Dorian begins to babble about him having a date with Téa and she messed it up.
Hospital
Nora is being taken care of by the doctors as Bo and Lindsay watch, Sam walks past Bo and turns around and looks at him.
